- Office staff: write circulars, emails, minutes and reports faster, and get help with Excel.
- Lab assistants and system programmers: prepare lab manuals, safety rules, stock registers and simple scripts faster.
You do not need any technical knowledge. If you can use email and a web browser, you can do this course.
Choose your path
You only need to finish the modules for your role. You are welcome to do all 13.
| Your role | Modules to finish |
|---|---|
| Teaching staff | 1โ11 and 13 |
| Office staff | 1โ7 and 13 |
| Lab assistants and system programmers | 1โ7, 12 and 13 |
How each module works
Each module has the same five parts:
- Learn: a short, simple explanation.
- Copy and use: ready-made prompts. You fill in the blanks.
- See the difference: a weak request compared with a good one.
- Try it: a 10โ20 minute task in a free AI tool.
- Quiz: 5 questions. You need 70% to pass. You can try again.
How to get the certificate
- Pass the quiz in every module of your path (70% or more).
- Complete the Final Project: My AI Work Kit. You pick one real job you do often and build a small kit for it: 5 prompts you have tried, one finished document made with AI, and 3 short reflection answers. It takes about one hour. At the end, you can print or save your kit as a PDF and keep using it at work. You start preparing for it in Module 4.
Each certificate has a unique ID. Anyone can check it online.
About the examples
All examples use a made-up college called Tarangini Institute of Technology. The names and details are invented. Any match with a real college is a coincidence. You will learn to use every idea with your own college's formats.
